Dulce de leche and coconut cake

150 gr self-raising flour
100 gr butter
1 egg

1. Mix the flour and the butter together, then add the egg.
Spread the batter on a baking tin.5 spoonfuls of Dulce de leche –be generous!-
2. Spread on top of the batter.

100g dissecated coconut
50 gr sugar
1 egg

3. Mix all three ingredients and spread on top of the Dulce de leche.

4. Bake for around 15 minutes on medium oven.
